Need Repairs?
Tenant Repair Responsibilities:
Did you realize minor repairs are tenant responsibilities? Here are some guidelines and state statutes for more information:
- Tenants are responsible for minor repairs (General rule of thumb is $50 or less)
- If you are uncomfortable with any repair even when its your responsibility please just let us know. We want things fixed right as much as you want security deposit returned.

Standard Repairs:
- Call: An easy way to request a repair is by calling the office number (920) 558-9651. Please leave a detailed message if no one answers and we will return your call.
- Text: Text the office number (920) 770-3676 with a request. We will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule.
- Email: email maintenance@gnpllc.com with your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule.
EMERGENCIES:
- Please Call the emergency number on the welcome letter you received at lease signing!! This number is manned 24x7x365 please leave a detailed message and someone will call ASAP.
