Applicant Requirements:
- Application Form must be filled out
- All Adults must fill out an application
- Background and credit check on all considered applicants
- Copy of Drivers license and last pay stub (must earn 3x rent)
- Prior rental references
- No Smoking in any GNP/GNP2/GNP3 units please
- No Applicants will be considered with prior evictions
- Showings will require notification from applicant immediately prior to leaving for showing (reduces no-shows)
- Some Units will have an "Open House" day anyone can come to view property and hand pick up application and additional forms, plus ask property manager any questions.
- First month rent and security deposit due immediately upon lease signing, sorry no exceptions.
- We are "Pet Fiendly" in many of our units, additional charges and fees apply.
